Everyday I Get up to See the Villain Stealing the Show 105

Han Changsheng took the little stinky egg with him since the immortal cat faced hardships during their journey. At last, he could see Kunlun Mountain.

Han Changsheng had completely changed his appearance. He turned himself into someone ordinary looking, so no one could recognize him if they saw him. He rode up a mountain, looking at the Kunlun Mountains not far ahead.

“Finally,” The immortal cat said.

For more than a year, he’d spent most of his time on the road. He got used to the long days, but he still felt bored. A few days earlier, he looked carefully at his thighs and found that they were two-and-a-half arms thick. Last year, they were only two arms thick, which was really annoying.

The dragon li cat poked its head out of his arms and yawned lazily. “Are we finally there? This road is really bumpy.”

Han Changsheng pulled the little stinky egg out of his arms and the cat rubbed against his clothes. Half his fur fluffed up and half of it was flat like he was bald. His figure increased in size for no reason. He couldn’t help laughing when he saw him. Han Changsheng said, “Why are you complaining? You’ve been sleeping in my arms. And  I travel day and night, but I am not tired.” Changsheng complained. “Aren’t you supposed to be immortal? Did you run faster than this horse to have such complaints?”

The little stinky egg licked his crazy, messy fur. “Run?”

Han Changsheng said, “Didn’t you also walk back and forth between the Yuehua Sect and Kunlun Mountain before? Did you run with a cat body or did you turn into a human?”

The little stinky egg used his licked paw to smooth the upturned hair on his head. “Why would I want to run? I used a little magic and came over in the blink of an eye.”

“…” Han Changsheng asked, “Then couldn’t you have cast a spell to bring me there?”

The little stinky egg shook his wet fur. “It couldn’t be easier.”

“……………………….Why did you have me travel by foot for so long?”

The little stinky egg acted very innocent. “You said nothing.”

Han Changsheng took a deep breath and warned himself to be calm. Is cat demon soup delicious? Could I prolong my life by drinking it?

The little stinky egg seemed to be aware of the ominous aura seeping out of Han Changsheng and wisely jumped back two steps. “What are you going to do next?”

Han Changsheng remembered he had something to ask for, making cat immortal soup temporarily unavailable. “Since you’re an immortal, help me see. Is An Yuan there yet?” Han Changsheng quickly asked.

“From the trace of his breath, he walked on this road. He should be at the foot of Kunlun Mountain,” The little stinky egg said.

Han Changsheng put the dragon li cat back into his arms again and urged his horse to gallop towards the foot of the mountain.

Every Wulin Conference was held on Kunlun Mountain, so there were towns at the foot of Kunlun Mountain that specially entertained the Wulin. As soon as Han Changsheng entered the town, he found that there were already many people there. Last year, Lu Honghua set a time limit of one year. Now, there was still a month before the Wulin Conference would be held again. Have many people completed Lu Honghua’s task?

Han Changsheng didn’t know that Lu Honghua’s requirements seemed to have a low threshold. Anyone could challenge them, but nearly none could fulfill them. Many people had given up their hearts and came directly to Kunlun Mountain to wait for the result.

Han Changsheng led the horse into the city. He was about to go find An Yuan when he turned a corner and ran into an acquaintance.

“Young Master Lu, Young Master Lu, don’t leave. This kid has admired you for a long time and just wants to compete with you. Your father and I have been friends for many years…”

“Lady, if I say I am not fighting, then there won’t be no match,” Lu Wenlin’s voice came from the front, “Since you have a good relationship with head dad, go bug him for a match.”

Han Changsheng heard the familiar tone and stopped.

Soon, Lu Wenlin and several people chasing after him appeared in Han Changsheng’s sight.

Last year, Han Changsheng defeated Lu Wenlin with one move, and he swore on the spot that he would not fight with others before he could defeat Han Changsheng. However, he was famous in the arena for a long time. He wanted to be quiet, but others refused to let him be. There were many people pestering him to compete.

Han Changsheng took the horse and watched with cold eyes, planning to wait until Lu Wenlin and his party passed by before leaving.

A middle-aged man and a young man followed behind Lu Wenlin. From what they just said, the two were together, a master and his apprentice. The master wanted the apprentice to fight Lu Wenlin, but still wanted to move up to Lu Honghua. Unfortunately, Lu Wenlin refused to sell his face.

Behind Han Changsheng was the main road. People came and went. When they passed near Han Changsheng, the middle-aged man suddenly winked at his apprentice.

He was eager to get ahead in life! Action had to be taken! Even though Lu Wenlin didn’t want a match, it was impossible for him to be chopped off obediently. They still had to fight back. Eventually, he had to start fighting matches. No matter what the reason was, if anyone really got in a fight with Lu Wenlin, as long as they didn’t get beaten too badly, they would gain recognition. Hence why everyone wanted a piece of him. After the event, the master relied on himself to maintain a friendship with Lu Wenlin. Even if later he couldn’t come back to a martial arts competition, he was not afraid of any blame.

The young disciple shouted clearly, “Excuse my offense!” Suddenly, the knife in his hand slashed towards Lu Wenlin.

Lu Wenlin, of course, had to avoid the attack. After two steps, he came to Han Changsheng, who was standing at the wall.

Han Changsheng rolled his eyes: He didn’t want to cause trouble, yet why did trouble always find him?

However, Han Changsheng could only stand still. If he was seen by others, and even recognized by Lu Wenlin, the matter would be serious.

The young disciple constantly sent moves to Lu Wenlin. He only avoided and didn’t fight back. His expression was very impatient. “Lady, are you done!” He stayed put in the alley since he didn’t want to attract more attention, so the shameless apprentice took advantage of him.

Han Changsheng wanted to leave and led the horse away, but the disciple kicked and somehow landed in front of him, blocking his way. Han Changsheng simply turned to return to the main road, but Lu Wenlin stepped back and blocked his way again. He took a deep breath. Which one is better? I must endure!

The two people came and went at each other. Lu Wenlin was forced to fight, and he was already furious. After a few moves, he no longer just hid and started to fight back. The young disciple wanted to push Lu Wenlin to fight in the street, so that everyone could witness it. After all, Lu Wenlin was famous there. It was said that Lu Wenlin only dealt with people who had green eyes, so those who fought with him once would be worth a hundred fights for anyone else. Lu Wenlin also knew the other party’s shameless mind. He wanted to solve the problem in the alley and didn’t want to fight in the street with such a shameless person. Since the master dared to let the apprentice fight with Lu Wenlin, the apprentice wasn’t mediocre. They were indeed what few could achieve. The more they fought, the more fierce they became. Han Changsheng already plastered himself to the wall like a piece of paper. He felt fear as the blades flashed past his eyes.

“Leave!” Lu Wenlin took the time to shout at Han Changsheng.

Han Changsheng wanted to leave, too. At present, if he used his lightness skill to jump onto the wall, he could get away, but he didn’t dare show his martial arts abilities. However, something was wrong in Wenlin’s eyes. Han Changsheng, with his sword, must also be a man of the Jianghu. Besides, most of the people at the foot of Kunlun Mountain were from the Wulin. No one would believe that he didn’t have the time to find a gap to slip out. The only possibility was——this guy wanted to fish in troubled waters!

Lu Wenlin was the son of the leader of the Wulin Alliance. He was very popular and couldn’t be blamed for his suspicion. Since he became famous, he had seen many such villains.

The young disciple struck him with a knife, almost hitting Han Changsheng. Han Changsheng was furious, but he raised his hand to stop it. As soon as he reached out, Lu Wenlin grabbed him. Han Changsheng glared at Lu Wenlin inexplicably: What does this guy want?

Lu Wenlin dragged him out, trying to push him onto the young disciple so he could get away. Anyway, it seemed the excited apprentice and the stranded bystander didn’t have good character to Lu Wenlin. It was best to drag the bystander into the fight and let them fight together instead.

Of course, Han Changsheng refused to be dragged into the fight. With a squeak, Lu Wenlin tore off Han Changsheng’s sleeve.

“You!” Han Changsheng was quite annoyed.

Lu Wenlin looked at his exposed arm and was shocked. “Who are you? You actually passed the old man Beihu’s trial?”

It startled Han Changsheng. “What?”

When the young disciple heard the old man Beihu’s name, his movements grew stagnant. This was a major event related to the next Wulin Alliance leader, after all!

Han Changsheng looked down at his arm, where a red circle had appeared. It happened a few months earlier and seemed to have appeared after the old man Beihu gave him the tiger tooth dagger. Han Changsheng thought he had something on his body, but he wasn’t feeling itchy from it and he couldn’t wash it off. After such a long time, he cared little and forgot about it.

Han Changsheng looked at Lu Wenlin and followed his line of sight to his arm. He was sure that Lu Wenlin was looking at the inexplicable red circle. He was taken aback for a moment, and a bad premonition floated in his heart: he had changed his appearance. Lu Wenlin certainly couldn’t recognize him. The person who passed the test should have a token, and he didn’t have it with him. Lu Wenlin knew with a look that he passed the Old Man Beihu’s test as he looked at the circle. Could it be said——

Han Changsheng was surprised. “You mean this red circle is?!”

Lu Wenlin was also perplexed. “You passed the test yourself, don’t you know?”

The master and apprentice stopped attacking and looked blankly at Han Changsheng.

Han Changsheng swallowed. In a trembling voice, he asked, “This… can it be said that… this red circle is a token?”

Lu Wenlin nodded. “Yes!”

Han Changsheng’s eyes suddenly turned black. At the time, he knew it was weird that there was a small red circle on his arm that couldn’t be washed off. He was still surprised, but because he handed over the real token to An Yuan, he didn’t take it seriously. If the red circle was the real keepsake, then Feng Lai Ren’s wine and Hua Yue Niang’s hairpin were also cover-ups! Looking back now, the three people all slapped him, and when they did, he felt a tingling sensation, as if he’d been pricked by a needle. There must have been medicine on the tip of the needle. Although it wasn’t poisonous, it couldn’t be eliminated in one or two years, and could be regarded as a token.

Lu Wenlin was shocked when he saw him and stepped forward to pull at his clothes. “Do you have the mark of Feng Lai Ren and Hua Yue Niang? I’ve been on Kunlun Mountain for a long time, and I haven’t seen one person who can pass all three of their tests. If you have all three, you will be the first. I’m afraid there are no competitors.”

After listening to this, the master and apprentice stood as if frozen from the cold wind.

When Han Changsheng saw that Lu Wenlin was not looking for something on him, but pulling on his clothes to see his body, his heart became colder. It seemed that the marking would not go away.

In a flash, Han Changsheng threw away Lu Wenlin’s hand, and the horse was gone. He jumped onto the top of the wall and flew out.

Lu Wenlin called after him, “Hey, what are you running away for? Let me see!”

Han Changsheng didn’t care about him even for a moment, and he quickly threw everyone off his trail.

The little stinky egg poked his head out of his arms and meowed.

His heart hanging, Han Changsheng asked for a room in an inn. He went upstairs and closed the door. The first thing he did was to take off his clothes and turn his back to the little stinky egg. He asked, “Are there markings on my back?”

“Yes, there is a small flower and a small square on your back.” The little stinky egg stepped forward and pawed twice on his back, saying, “Here and here.”

Han Changsheng softened his entire body and sat down on the ground. Those two places were where Hua Yue Niang and Feng Lai Ren had touched.

In fact, the tiger tooth dagger, the hairpin, and the wine pouch were just tricks. Lu Wenlin deliberately said tokens at that time, just to confuse people. There were many people who wanted to be the leader of the Wulin Alliance. In order to become the leader, they would surely resort to abusive means, such as finding someone to replace them and take the test for them. Thus, Lu Wenlin and the three others made an agreement that the real tokens were the three marks, which would not fade in two years. Since it was branded on the body, it could not be transferred or copied, eliminating the possibility of cheating.

Han Changsheng laughed.

Well, this is just great! Not only could An Yuan not take credit for destroying the Ying Yue Sect, An Yuan didn’t get any of the three tokens. And as for himself, when he stood out with his clothes off, he was the next Wulin Alliance leader! He was the leader of the demonic cult, and he would soon become the leader of the Wulin Alliance!

“It’s over, it’s over, it’s over…” Han Changsheng laughed and cried for a while, as if he was crazy.

The little stinky egg knew Han Changsheng’s mission. He persuaded him, “Don’t be too sad, there may be a remedy.”

Han Changsheng said, “I mean, the Wulin Alliance is over.”

the little stinky egg blinked.

Han Changsheng giggled again, intermittently ridiculing the Wulin while he laughed.

“How could the Wulin Alliance not be over!”

“Fool!”

“They’re all fools!”

“Lao zi is the leader of the demonic cult. Yet, one or two people are chasing me and calling me a hero, ah!”

“Hero, your mom, ah!”

“You have to choose me to be the leader of the Wulin! Ha ha ha ha… The leader of the demonic cult has become the leader of the Wulin… Ha ha ha ha! How can the Wulin Alliance not be finished! Ha ha ha ha…” Han Changsheng wailed.

the little stinky egg : “…”

After a long time, Han Changsheng finally sighed and calmed down. He sat for a long time and wiped his face, looking tired. “Let’s go. Let’s find An Yuan first.”

Lol HCS is so unlucky that Little Stinky Egg won’t even allow him to skip leg day. Also, I just knew he wasn’t going to get away with not winning the Wulin Alliance. Such is his “good” luck. Hopefully things will at least go well between him and An Yuan…

Thank you for the chapter! I always look forward to reading it each week that I even dreamed of this story the other day.

Ahh! Now I’m a little worried for AY and HCS haha. Still, I’ll stick with it to the end. I’m very much so looking forward to it, especially the long chapter 😀

And, I wish I could remember the dream clearly enough to write a fic about it >.< Sadly, it was one of those ones that faded pretty quickly, so all I could remember was that it was about this story but no specific details T_T
