    In some places, it\u2019s used to refer to children(as in non-adults) who have died. There\u2019s a belief that some parents owed their child in their past life, so their child is reborn to collect on the debt. They do this by dying young, presumably to cause grief for the parents. It\u2019s kind of twisted huh?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

    Typically, <\/span>this phrase is used in daily speech to refer to mischievous\/naughty children<\/b>, again, because the child is causing problems for the parents to \u2018collect debt\u2019.<\/span><\/p>
